Steamed sandwitch

Ingredients--

4 slice bread

For battar----

1/2 cup besan
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp haldi
2 tbsp curd

For filling ---

1 cup peas
1/4 cup capsicum
1 inch ginger
2 green Chillies
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp sugar
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp butter

Method--

Add all ingredients  of battar in bowl
First take little water and whisk
No lumps required
Then take required water and make thin battar from chilla battar
Then boil and coarsly grind peas in mixi
Take butter in pan and add ginger chilli
Cook them and add capsicum cook a little
Then add peas and mix all of them and cook
Add all spices and mix them now it is ready
Then take a bread and dip it in battar
Place it in a tray and spread filling upon it
Dip one more bread in battar and cover prepared bread
Make all sandwiches like that
Cook them in steamer for 15 to 20 min.
Then turn of gas
Let them cool a little
Then cut in squares and shallow fry in pan with oil or butter
Make crispy and serve with chutney or sauce .
