Sprout bhel


Ingredients--

1 cup mix sprouts
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup tomato
1/4 cup corn
Green chilli as per taste
Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chopped cashew
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Green chutney
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Chaat masala

Method--

Take sprouts in bowl and add all ingredients
Give a fine mix
Then add salt,pepper,chaat masala and lemon juice and chutney
Top with nuts,pomegranate Pearl's and walnuts
Garnish with coriander leaves and sev bhujiya
Serve immediately
