Brownie chocolate cookies

Ingredients--

Flour 1/2 cup
coco powder 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3-4 tsp milk as required
1/4 cup chopped choclate
2 tbsp choco chips

Method--

Sieve flour,baking powder ,baking soda,coco powder and sugar
Mix all of them
Now take required milk and make dough
Handle with light hands
Keep dough in freeze for half an hour
Add chocolate in dough
Now make balls and top with choco chips
Now bake fir 10 min.at 160 degree in preheated oven
Let them cool  and serve
