Lime teacake

Ingredients--- 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup oats Flour 2 eggs 1 cup butter 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp  baking powder 1 tbsp lime zest 1 tbsp lemon juice Green food colour Method--- Take butter ,brown sugar and add lemon zest in a bowl and beat it Add honey and beat it Add egg one by one and beat Take both Flour and baking powder and sieve them Add food colour if you wish Now fold them in butter honey mix Add lemon juice and mix Grease mould or take a silicon mould Transfer battar in mould Bake in a preheated ovan for 25 min at 180 degree Let it cool for some time then enjoy

Oats and almond cookies

Ingredients-- 50 gram Oats flour 50 gram wheat flour 120 gram almond flour 1 tsp baking powder 60 gram brown sugar 100 gram butter 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla essence Pinch of salt 1 egg yolk+1tbsp milk for brushing Method--- Take butter in bowl and cream it Add sugar and whisk them till creamy Then add egg and vanilla Whisk them finely Now take all flours and baking powder Mix them and sieve in butter mix And mix them gradually till came together Now take a cling and transfer dough in it Wrap and keep in freeze for 25 to 30 min. After 30 min.take it out and devide in equal portions Make balls then flattern them and make design of your choice Mix egg yolk and milk and give egg wash with brush Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 min.till nice colour at 170 degree.

Cheesy Chilla sandwitch

For chilla--- 2 cup besan Salt to taste Hing For filling---- 1/2 chopped onion 1 boiled potato 1 green chilli 1 tsp ginger 1/4 cup grated carrot 2 cubes of cheese Coriander leaves Salt to taste Pepper powder Green chutney Method-- Take besan and salt in bowl Add little water and whisk Remove all lumps and make smooth paste Add required water Now for filling add oil in pan Saute onion add ginger and chilli Add potato and carrot Cook all of them add spices Mix all of them add coriander leaves Grate cheese in it Now make small chilla Spread green chutney upon it Apply some filling and cover with another chilla Prepare all sandwiches  like that Add butter in pan and toast this sandwitch Serve with chutney and  sauce

Vada paav idli

Ingredients-- 2 cup idli battar Salt to taste 1 tbsp eno For vada paav--  4 boiled potatoes 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 spoon hing 5 curry leaves 1 tsp ginger 2 green chilli Salt to taste 1 tsp haldi powder 1/2 lemon juice Coriander leaves  Dry garlic chutney Method-- Heat oil and add jeera,rai and hing Saute them and add curry leaves ginger and chilli Add haldi powder mix all of them Now add potato and cook a little Mash potatoes and add salt and lemon juice Lastly add coriander leaves Let filling cool and make small tikkies Now add salt and eno in battar Mix them and grease mould Pour battar in half of mould Then put tikki in it And cover it with battar Prepare all like this sprinkle garlic chilli chutney  upon idlies And cook for 15 to 20 min.in steamer Cool them and remove carefully Serve with coconut  chutney

Dabeli chilla

Ingredients-- 1 cup Moong daal 1 tsp ginger 2 green chilli Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi For dabeli--- 4 boiled potato 1 tbsp ginger 1 chopped green chilli 1 tbsp oil Coriander leaves 4 tbsp dabeli masala 1/2 lemon juice Imli chutney Green chutney For compliments--' Chopped onion Masala or plain Peanuts Sev bhujiya Pomegranate pearls Coriander leaves Method-- Soak moong daal for minimum 4 to 5 hours Then remove from water and grind with ginger and chilli Add salt and keep aside Make chilla and spread dabeli filling upon it Spread both chutnies  one by one Sprinkle all supplements Fold carefully Cut in pieces  and serve hot

Paneer pie

Ingredients-- 1 cup maida 2.tbsp oil 1 tsp salt For filling---- 1/2 cup Paneer( crumbled) 1/2 cup pyaaz 1 green chilli 1 inch ginger 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera Salt as per taste Pepper Coriander leaves Method-- Take flour in bowl add salt Add oil and rub in flour Then add required water and make dough For filling---- Heat oil add jeera Then add pyaaz and saute Add ginger and chilli Cook a little and add paneer Add all spices and mix all of them Add coriander leaves our filling is ready Now devide flour in two parts And roll down 1 part in 1/4 inch thickness Cut in small rounds with cookie cutter Now take one part and add filling in center Level it be careful leaves edges empty Apply water on edges and cover with other round Seal all edges and prick with fork Prepare all  pies like that and arrange in baking tray Now preheat ovan for 10 min. Give milk wash to all prepared pies And bake them for 15 to 20 min.at 180 degree
