Oreo fluff

Ingredients-- 1 packet of oreo 1/3 cup paneer 1/3 cup milkmaid 1/2 cup whipped cream Method-- Crush oreo biscuits except 3 buscuits Add paneer and milk and in mixer or  beat till smooth Beat whipped cream Add crushed oreo in paneer mix Then gently fold in whipped cream Sprinkle oreo and garnish with oreo pieces Keep in freeze and serve chilled

Lemon blueberry rolls

Ingredients-- 1 cup maida 1/3 cup powder sugar 1 tsp yeast Pinch of salt 1 tsp sugar For filling---- 1/2 cup blueberries 2 tsp cornflour 1/2 tsp lemon.zest 1/3 cup powder sugar Butter for greasing Method-- Take lukewarm water  add yeast and sugar Mix and leave covered for 10 min. Then take maida,salt in bowl and add yeast mix Mzke dough and knead for 10 min. Oil it and cover with cling Keep it at warm place for 2 hours Then take it out and roll down in square Mux blueberry, cornflour,sugar and zest butter with brush on rolled dough Then sprinkle berry mix Carefully roll it from one side and make roll Then cut in equal parts with knife Arrange in baking tray and let them bloom After half an hour bake in preheated ovan for 20 min. At 180 degree Serve hot.

Strawberry lemon thumb cookies

Ingredients-- 113 gram soft butter 75 gram castor sugar 1 tsp lemon zest 1/2 yolk 1 cup flour Strawberry jam 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp milk 1/4 cup icing sugar Cream butter and sugar add zest,yolk and flour Combine together with fingertips Kerp in freeze for 10 min. Then roll them in balls Make mark in center with spoon Then fill it with strawberry jam Cook cookies for 12 min.in preheated ovan at 180 degree Till then sugar,milk and lemon juice and pour upon hot cookies

Sprout bhel

Ingredients-- 1 cup mix sprouts 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup tomato 1/4 cup corn Green chilli as per taste Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp chopped cashew 1 tbsp chopped walnuts Green chutney Lemon juice Salt Pepper Chaat masala Method-- Take sprouts in bowl and add all ingredients Give a fine mix Then add salt,pepper,chaat masala and lemon juice and chutney Top with nuts,pomegranate Pearl's and walnuts Garnish with coriander leaves and sev bhujiya Serve immediately

Strawberry soup

Ingredients-- 1 cup chopped strawberries 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup curd 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp lemon juice Whip cream and strawberry for garnish Method--- Wash and chop strawberries Add all ingredients in blender We need bite of strawberries so will not blend finely Top with whip cream and strawberry Serve cold

Besan ki chakki

Ingredients-- 2 cup besan 1 cup ghee 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 5-7 sprigs of saffron Few drops of Orange colour Cardmon powder Silver foil Method-- Add sugar and water in pan For making chaashni cook till sugar dissolve Add a tbsp milk to remove dirt from sugar remove dirt and add saffron threads When one thread chaashni will ready turn of gas. Sieve besan Heat ghee in pan add besan on low flame Stir continuously  and cook besan. Cook besan till it 's colour change and smell start of cooked besan Add few drops of colour and mix finely Turn off gas and let it cool Add chaashni and mix finely Grease a tray and transfer mix in it Spread evenly and let it set After 10 min.cut burfi and add foil upon it Let it set for some time Remove from tray and enjoy
