Ingredients to make Corn dhokla muffins

1 cup Corn3/4 cup suji1/2 cup CurdSalt as per taste1/2 tsp Haldi1 tsp Ginger paste1 green choped Chilli1 sachet enoFor tadka1tbsp Oil1 tsp Mustard Seeds7 Curry Leaves

How to make Corn dhokla muffins

Boil corn and made paste in mixi

Take a bowl and add corn paste

Add suji and curd

MIx all of them finely

Add haldi and salt

Add ginger and green chilli

Now for tadka heat oil

Add mustard seeds

When splutter add curry leaves

And mix tadka in batter

Now take moulds and fill them with batter three quarter

Steam them in steamer

When cooked cool little

Then de mould them

Ready to serve with chutney or sauce
