Ingredents----

Layer -1

2 packets digestive biscuits
1 cup melted butter

For rabri phirni----

500 ml milk
1 packet rabri
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp sugar

For filling----

Rabri Phirni
1/2 cup milkmaid
1/2 cup curd
Cardmon essence

For 2 nd layer----

1/2 rabri phirni
3 drops Pista milk mix
7-8 rasgulla

For 3 rd layer----

Remaining rabri phirni
Few sprigs of saffron soaked in lukewarm milk

Method----

1 st layer----

Crush biscuits add melted butter and take loose bottom cake pan and transfer crumb mix in it.set with fingers or bowl and cover the base of pan.keep it in freeze for set.

For rabri phirni------

Take a pan and add milk.mix rabri mix in it and cook.now add rice flour and stir continuously.avoid lumps.when it becomes thick turn off gas.add cardmon powder or essence. Let it cool.
When it cool take a mixi and add phirni,milkmaid and curd. Blend all of them finely. And devide this mix in two parts

For 2 nd layer----

Take one p popart of phirni and add pista milk mix .whisk and mix finely .And pour in pan upon crust and bake it in preheated ovan for ten min. In 180 degree.

For 3 rd layer----

Take remaining half phirni and saffron milk and mix finely.after 15.min.take out pan from ovan.arrange rasgulla and cover with kesar mix and again bake it for 15 min.
Our cheesecake is ready.let it cool and keep in freeze for 2-3 hours.

Till then beat cream and decorate cake as wish.
