Layered strawberry panna cotta


Ingredents--
10 strawberries chopped
1.5 cup cream
3/4 cup milkmaid
6 tsp gelatin
1.5 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 drops of red colour
For garnish---
2 Strawberries and mint leaves
Rose petals

Method----

First make puree of strawberries and sieve it.

For 1st layer---

Soak 2 tsp gelatin in 2 tsp water
Take half cup cream and half cup strawberry puree and heat on low flame
And add 1/2 cup of sugar
Stir continuously and add soaked gelatin
Mix finely and when gelatin dissolve completely off gas.
Whisk it with spoon take a mould and pour mix in it
Keep mould in freeze for half an hour.

For 2nd layer---

Soak 2 tsp gelatin in 2 tsp water
Take 1/2 cup of cream and 1/2 cup of milkmaid heat on low flame add sugar
And stir
Then add gelatin and cook till gelatin dissolve.then turn off gas.
Stir with spoon and cool a little then add vanilla essence
Bring mould from freeze and pour this layer upon set 1st layer
And again keep in freeze to set it for 1/2 an hour

For 3rd layer---

Soak 2 tsp gelatin in 2 tsp water
Take 1/2 cup strawberry puree and 1/4 cup cream and heat on low flame
Add 1/4 cup milkmaid and 1/2 cup sugar and stir continuously
Add soaked gelatin and cook till dissolved
Add 2 drops of red colour
Bring mould from freeze and pour this mix in mould and keep in freeze for set
Cool it and at the time of serving put mould in hot water for 2-3 min.
Then take a knife and insert in all sides delicately and demould it in plate

Garnish with chop strawberries and mint leaves and serve
