Matar masala stuffed rice balls


Ingredents----
1 cup rice flour
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut powder
1 cup boiled and crushed peas
1/2 cup fine chop onion
1 green chilli
1 boiled mashed potato
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp jeera
Pinch of hing
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes

Method----

Heat water and add salt
When boil come add coconut powder and mix and add rice flour and mix al of them finely
Cover it for 5 min. Then cool a little
Now with hands make a dough and cover
Heat 1 tsp oil add 1 tsp jeera.
When splutter add onion and saute
Then add green chilli and  crushed
peas and mashed potato
Now add all spices and mix
Add coriander leaves
Let it cool then make  small balls from this masala
Now take rice dough and devide it all also
Make balls and stuff matar ball in each rice ball
Make all balls and cook in steamer for 10 to 15 min.
Heat oil in pan and add rai ,hing and jeera
Now add both sesame seeds
And add rice balls
Toss them and add flakes
Again toss and serve with green chutney or sauce
