Strawberry cake


Ingredents----

1 cup flour+1 tbsp flour
1 /2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 /2 cup powder sugar
6-7 strawberries finely chopped
100 gram milkmaid
1 tsp baking powder
1 packet of strawberry oats
1 tbsp chop almonds
1 tbsp chop Cashew nuts
For icing----
Sugar syrup
2 cup Whipped cream for crumb coating
Fondant as per required
Sprinkles for decoration

Method----

Chop strawberries and sprinkle flour upon them and toss
Mix all dry ingredents and sieve them
Take oil and sugar in a bowl and whisk finely
Then add milkmaid and whisk
Add nuts and oats in strawberries
Now mix dry ingredents in wet ingredents
Lastly add strawberries nuts and oats mixture in it.fold it finely.check consistency if required add some milk.
Our batter is ready
Preheat ovan and grease a pan
Dust with flour and pour batter in it
Tap the pan and bake for 25 min at 180 degree
Check it with knife insert in it if it came out clean then cake is ready
Let it cool
Then cut in horizontal
And brush with sugar syrup
Now take whip cream and cover one part of it
Cover it with other one and cream this part also
Then cream the cake from outside with knife and keep in freeze for 2 hour to set
Then take fondant colour it as desired
Roll down and cover the cake
Decorate with sprinkles
