1 कप मौठ का आटा1 चम्मच नमक1 चम्मच दहीपानीघी चुपडने के लिये

मौठ रोटी बनाने की विधि ( Mauth roti Recipe Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me )

मौठ का आटा,नमक दही को मिला लें

पानी लेकर नरम गूंथ ले

थोडा सूखा आटा लगाकर बेल ले

सेक ले ,बस तैयार है मौठ की रोटी

लहसुन की चटनी ,दही, फली की सब्जी या और कोई पसन्द की सब्जी के साथ सर्व कीजिए

मेरी टिप:

मैने इसे ग्वारपाठा और प्याज पत्ती की सब्जियो और दही के साथ सर्व किया है
