For tortilla---1/2 cup Spinach puree1/2 cup beetroot puree2 cup FlourSalt as per taste2 tsp OilWater for doughHerbed Cottage Cheese----200 gram Paneer cut in cubes2 tbsp tikka MasalaSome basil leaves2 tsp mixed herbs2 tsp Chilli flakes1 Lemon Juice1 tsp Salt1 tsp Paprika powderCreamy sauce---1 cup thick Curd1/2 cup mayonese1 grated Carrot1 grated CucumberSalt as per taste1/2 tsp red Chilli powder (optional)Butter for cooking
How to make Herbed middle eastern cottage cheese rolls
Take 1 cup flour in a bowl
Add salt, oil and spinach puree
Add water and make a dough
Take another cup of flour
Add salt, oil and beetroot puree
Add water and make dough
Keep aside
Now make herbed filling----
Take paneer cubes spices and lemon juice
Mix all of them
Add basil leaves
And keep aside
For creamy sauce---
Take curd and add mayo in it
Whisk it till creamy
Add cucumber and carrot
Add salt and chilli powder
Now make tortillas from both of dough
Take one tortilla
Arrange lettuce on it
Then add herbed paneer on it
Top with creamy sauce
Add some chop onions
Make tight rolls
Add some butter on tawa
Cook these rolls little
Cut from middle and serve hot
