Ingredients to make Pretty pizza

1 cup Flour1 cup mozrella cheese1 cup Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup Butter1 Egg2-3 tsp milk1 tsp Sugar1 tsp YeastSaltPizza sauceoreganoChilli flakesPepper1 tsp Garlic powder

How to make Pretty pizza

Take lukewarm milk and add yeast and sugar

Leave for 10 min. Till yeast activate

Add egg and salt

Mix them add maida

Add butter and knead till smooth

Now cover it and keep for one an hour till it doubled in size

Grate cheddar and mozrella cheese

Add salt and pepper

Add garlic powder ,flakes and oregano

Our mixture is ready

Now take dough and devide in 4 parts for rotis

Roll down all rotis 9 inch pan size

Take one roti and cover it with pizza sauce.leave 1/2 inch from outside

Spread cheese mix upon sauce and cover with 2 roti

Do same with 3rd one and cover with 4rth

Now make a round mark in center

From round mark of center take a knife and cut 8 marks till out side pizza

Then make a twist of every part

Join one twist with another and do with all same thing.

Preheat ovan and with brush give egg wash to whole pizza

Sprinkle flakes and oregano

Bake for 20 min on 180 degree

Serve hot
