Ingredients to make Irange chiffon cake with fruity cream
1.5 cup Flour3 Egg whites +1 white3 Egg yolks150 gram Sugar1/4 cup Oil1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp vanilla essence1/2 cup orange juice1 tbsp orange zest1 cup whipped CreamFruits as desired
How to make Irange chiffon cake with fruity cream
Sieve flour and baking soda
Separate egg
Take egg whites in a dry bowl and 1 egg white also
And beat them with beater till soft peaks
Take 1/4 cup sugar
Then add sugar little by little and beat till hard peaks
Take flour mix and make well in center
Add egg yolks ,sugar and oil
And beat them
Add vanilla essence
Now add egg mix in it and fold nicely
Preheat ovan
Grease mould
And pour batter in mould
Bake at 160 degree for 35 min.or till baked
Can check with knife come out clean from cake
Now take it out from ovan and let it cool
Take cup whip cream and beat it
Add fruits in it and serve with cake
