#Healthy paneer pineapple salad
This is very healthy,nutritious salad which helps in weight loss also because it is full of fruits and curd.

Ingredents---
1/2 chop apple
1/2 cup grapes green or yellow
1/2 cucumber
2 slices of pineapple
1/2 cup grated carrot
100 gram paneer
1/2 cup thick curd
1 tsp sauce
2 tsp sugar or honey

Method---
Chop all fruits and cucumber
Grate carrot
Chop paneer in cubes
For dressing add curd sauce and sugar in bowl and keep in freeze
Take serving bowl add all fruits one by one
Chill them
At the time if serving add dressing and salt
Garnish with parsley
Serve chilled
