Ingredients to make Coconut and pearl millet upma with grilled watermelon and paneer

1 cup pearl Millet1/2 cup desicated Coconut powder1 tsp Oil1 tsp JeeraPinch of Hing2 tbsp chop Onion2 tbsp chop Carrot1 tbsp boiled peas1 tbsp boiled corn1 green Chilli1 tsp Ginger paste1 Lemon Juice1 tsp Lemon zestSalt as per taste1/2 tsp Haldi1 tsp red Chilli powder1 tsp garam Masala1/2 tsp Pepper powderCoriander leaves3 watermelon slices1/2 tsp Salt for sprinkle1/2 tsp Pepper1 tsp Honey1 tsp Lemon juice6 Paneer slices1 tbsp Mustard seasoning1 tbsp mayo1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper powder1/2 tsp red Chilli powderButter for shallow fry Paneer and watermelonWhite seasme seeds for garnish

How to make Coconut and pearl millet upma with grilled watermelon and paneer

Heat water and add pearl millet

Add salt and cook

Heat oil in pan add hing and jeera

Add ginger paste and green chilli

Add onion and saute all of them

Then add carrot,peas and corn

Then add spices and lemon juice

Add lemon zest

And coconut ppowder

Mix all of them finely

Add coriander leaves

Take watermelon slices and grill it adding butter

Sprinkle salt and pepper

Fizzle honey and add some lemon juice

Now for paneer prepare marination

Take mustard sauce and mayo

Add salt and pepper and mix

Apply it on paneer and let it marinate for 20 min.

Then add butter in grill pan and grill pineapple

Now for serving add upma in mould

De mould it top with watermelon

And serve with grilled paneer and mustard dressing
