This chilla potli is very very yummy because it has two tastes..Along with chilla it has potato filling inside it means it tastes like samosa .

Chilla potli

Ingredients

1 cup besan

1/4 tsp haldi

Salt as per taste

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp jeera

leaves Coriander

2 boiled potato

1 tbsp oil

Hing

1 tsp jeera

1 bay leaf

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 chop onion

1 tsp ginger

1 green chilli

1 tbsp boiled peas

1/4 tsp haldi

1 tsp red chilli powder

Salt as per taste

leaves Coriander

2 cubes grated cheese

Method

Add besan,spices and water in a bowl and make a battar
Avoid lumps make it smooth
Heat oil add jeera,rai and hing
Let them splutter add bay leaf and onion,ginger and green chilli
Saute them and add potato and peas
Mash them and add spices
Add coriander leaves
Our filling is ready
Heat tawa and add oil
Spread battar and make chilla
Cook from both sides
Now spread filling on chilla
Grate cheese upon it
Now fold from all sides and make a potli
Tied it with spring onion green
Serve with sauce
Our potli is ready to serve
