Ingredients to make Mahallabia
1/2 litre milk
3 tbsp Sugar
3 TBSP Cornflour
1/2 tsp rose Water
Rise Cream---
3 tbsp Cream
3 Tbsp Rose Syrup
Topping----
1/4 cup Water
1 .5 tsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Rose syrup
Piping bag
Assembling---
CHOPPED DRY FRUITS
Pista for topping
Secret ingredent---
Is cardmon
How to make Mahallabia
For pudding----
In pan add milk,sugar and cornflour
Mix them finely
Turn on flame stir continuously
Cook until milk thickens
Set aside
For topping----
In water add cornflour,rose and mix well
In a pan cook it on low flame
When become thick fill it in piping bag
For rose cream---
In cream add rose syrup
Mix well and keep aside
Assembling---
In bowl add chop nuts
Then mix rose cream in milk pudding
Pour it upon nuts
And cardmon powder
Then take piping bag and make lines
Design it as you like
Garnish with pista
Keep in freeze
Make lines and design with tooth pick
Serve cold

My secret ingredent is cardmon powder
