Baby potato tacos

Ingredients---
6small phulka
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp pancphorun masala
Pinch of hing
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 green chilli
7-8 curry leaves
1 tsp coriander  seeds
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp anchor powder
Coriander leaves
Salsa for base---
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup curd
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tspchaat masala
For garnish---
Lemon wedges
Mint leaves
Onion rings
Cherry tomatoes
Green chutney
Method--
Make 6 small phulka for tacos
Heat mustard oil in pan
Add panchphoran and hing in oil
Add ginger,green chilli and curry leaves
Saute them and add baby potatoes
Stir and fry lightly
Then add all spices and mix finely
Add 2 tbsp water and let.potatoes coated finely in masala
When water dry our potatoes are ready
Add coriander leaves  and transfer in bowl
Salsa for base---
Take onion,tomato,cucumber and coriander leaves  in a bowl
Add curd and spices
Mix all of them
For assembling---
Take mini phulka and add salsa on it leave all sides
Then add baby potato upon salsa
Add onion rings,green chilli
Insert a tooth pick in both sides of phulka
Garnish with lemon wedges,coriander  leaves  and cherry tomatoes
Top with green chutney
