Beetroot paav bhaaji Monaco bites

🌹Presenting innovative recipe of paavbhaaji I use beetroot also with all veggies.It gives not only beautiful colour to my bhaaji but also creaminess and sweetness along with tanginess of lemon juice,flavors of paav bhaaji masala ,piri piri and other spices lot of garlic and butter.I serve it on Monaco biscuits and top with cheese and coriander.

🌹Ingredients---

20 Monaco biscuits

🌹For Bhaaji-

2 tbsp butter
1 chopped onion
8 minced garlic cloves
1 inch ginger grated
1 beetroot grated
4 potato boiled and mashed
1/2 cup boiled peas
1/2 cup boiled cauliflower
1/2 cup green capsicum
1 green chilli
2 chopped tomatoes
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp paav bhaaji masala
1 tsp piri piri
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 lemon juice e
Salt as per taste

🌹For garnish--‐

1 cube of cheese

🌹Method--

Heat butter in pan and add garlic and onion
Saute them and add ginger and chilli
Cook till soft then add beetroot and tomato
Cook till soften and add all spices
Add peas,cauliflower  and capsicum
Mix all of them and cook
Stir them and mash
Add 1/2 cup water not more then that because we have to serve it on Monaco
Lastly add coriander leaves 
Squeeze lemon juice a d adjust salt as per taste
Take Monaco biscuits and add bhaaji upon  them
Grate cheese in a plate and top bhaaji with cheese
And serve  these yummy tasty paav bhaaji bites.
