Gond,gud,dry fruit laddu

Gond,gud are very healthy as we all know we should consume sugar less and instead of sugar we should take gud it gives us warmth.

Ingredients--

1.5 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup gond
1/2 cup makhana
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup melon seeds
1 tsp cardmon powder
1 cup gud
4 tbsp water
1/2 cup desicated coconut

Method--

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp ghee
Add half of gond in it and fry
Take them out
And add remaining gond and fry
Then add makhana and roast
Roast every thing one by one and take out seprately
Let them cool
Now take 2 tbsp ghee and add wheat flour
Cook flour in lower heat stir regularly
It will take time approx 10 min.
When it becomes golden brown turn off gas
Let it cool
Till then crush gond
Take all nuts in mixer and grind coarsly
Now add everything in big bowl
Till then take water in pan to melt gud
Add gud in water a d stir till melt
When boil come in it add it in mixture
Mix everything with spoon because gud is hot
When it cools little mix with hands
Grease your palm with ghee and make laddu
