Nankhatai biscuit

Ingredients--- ghee 1cup powder sugar 2cup Maida Cardmon powder Almonds flakes if desired Method------ Take sugar and ghee and cream them. Then add Maida and cardmon powder and make a dough. Divide all dough in equal parts and make rounds in Palm. Press a little and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 15-20 Min. Cool them for ten min. And they are ready

Paneer snackies

Ingredients--- Snacky biscuits 12 Paneer cut in rounds as biscuit size Salt Pepper Cherry tomato 6piece Ketch up Green chutney Hung curd with salt and pepper Method----- Take paneer rounds and in a pan roast them .Add little butter. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Take biscuit spread sauce over it.keep one paneer slice on it. Then spread green chutney . Cut cherry tomato horizontally and sprinkle some salt, pepper and Chaat masala on it top biscuit with tomato and at last take curd and top all of them.garnish with coriander leaves

Orange cheesecake

Ingredents--- Digestive biscuit 2packet Butter 1cup Cream cheese 1cup Whip cream 2cup Gelatin 2 tsp Orange zest 1tsp Orange juice 2tbsp Orange jelly Method-- Put biscuits I'm mixer and churn.add butter and make a crumb. Take a loose bottom pan and make a base by pressing crumb. Keep in freeze for set it Meanwhile prepare filling. Take cream cheese  and sugar beat them till creamy Add orange zest and juice and mix them. Dissolve jelatin in water and mix in mixture. Now keep half cup whip cream for garnish and fold remaining cream in mix. Pour this mix in mould over crumb base and keep in freeze for set it  for two hours. Make jelly as given instructions on packet and top the cake with it. Let it also set in freeze for one an hour. At the time of serving garnish with whip cream.

Sabudana kheer with fruits and rose

  Ingredents-- 4 cup milk 1 cup sabudana soaked 4 tbsp sugar cardmon powder  half tsp rose syrup 4 tsp chopped fruits like kiwi,strawberry,apple,mango or as per taste 1 cup cherry for garnish steps-- boil milk till thickens.when it reduces add soaked sabudana. cook it in milk and add sugar and cardmon powder. cool it in freeze. at the time of serving first pour chopped fruits in a glaa and pour kheer over them. top with rose syrup and garnish with cherry prepare all glasses like this and serve chilled. 

Custard cookies

ingredent- 1cup maida Half cup butter Half cup sugar Half cup custard powder 1tsp vanilla essence Method- Sift maida,custard powder. Cream butter and sugar. Add maida mix and vanilla.knead and make a dough. 0Preheat oven and make equal size balls and flatter them.and press with fork. Line baking tray with butter paper and arrange all cookies. Sprinkle colour balls over them. And bake on 180 degree for 15 -20 min.
