As we all know that beetroot is a healthy vegetable.kids loves malai kofta...Here I am presenting beet malai kofta in creamy gravy.Hope you all like this and must try this. #Oreo tart with dragon fruit creamy filling and fruits Ingredents---- For tart---- 25 Oreo biscuits 2 cup melted butter For filling---- 1/2 dragon fruit 1/2 cup milkmaid 2 cup whip cream 1 gram agar agar Fruits for topping---- 10 strawberries Scoops of dragon fruit Black grapes Green grapes 1 kiwi 1 orange Method---- Crush Oreo biscuits Melt butter and mix in Oreo powder Take a mould and transfer biscuit mix in it Set it with fingers according shape of tart mould Keep in freeze for half an hour For filling---- Make puree of dragon fruit Take cream ,milkmaid in a bowl And beat with beater Add agar agar powder and beat Then add dragon fruit puree and beat till thick Pour it in mould and level with spatula Again keep in freeze for set at least 2-3 hours Then take it out from freeze Cut fruits as desire And decorate tart with fruits Enjoy

#Carrot pudding Ingredents---- 🍁1 cup milk 🍁1/2 cup milkmaid 🍁1/2 cup carrot paste 🍁1 gram agar agar powder 🍁Some carrot pieces 🍁3-4 slices of carrot 🍁Some grated carrot 🍁Sprinkles 🍁Black grapes 🍁Method---- 🍁Make fine paste of carrot 🍁Boil milk 🍁When milk boils add milkmaid 🍁Stir it and add carrot paste 🍁Mix all of them and cook 🍁Then add agar agar powder 🍁And boil mix for 3-4min. 🍁It will become thick 🍁Transfer in serving plate or bowl 🍁Keep in freeze for set 🍁Then garnish with carrot hearts or flowers 🍁And grapes 🍁Serve cold

Savoury healthy flax seeds cracker cookies with broccoli dip Ingredents- 1 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup crushed flax seeds 1 tbsp olive oil Salt 1 tbsp Mixed herbs 1 tbsp chilli flakes Water 1/4 cup Method---- Take a bowl and add flour and flax seeds Add olive oil and crumb flour with fingers. Then add salt, herbs and flakes Then take little water at a time And knead dough Keep for 10 min. For set it Then roll down dough and cut cookies in desired shape Preheat ovan And bake cracker cookies for 15 min.at 180 degree Let them cool on wire rack And serve them broccoli dip Enjoy

I am presenting schezwan parantha in madhubani landscape in my own way of presentation . Lot of veggies are there in this parantha along with schezwan sauce means spicy and delicious. Ingredents- 1 cup spinach dough 1/2 cup beetroot dough 1/2 cup carrot dough Filling--- 1/2 cup chop onion 1/2 cup moong 1/2 cup paneer 1/2 cup red, yellow and green capsicum 1 green chilli 2 tsp ginger garlic paste Coriander leaves Salt 2 tsp schezwan sauce 1 tsp red chilli powder Haldi 1 tbsp oil Jeera Oil for making parantha For landscape--- Dill leaves Curry leaves Sprinkles Grated carrot Grated radish Black grapes Method---- First I make three dough's by making puree of spinach,beetroot and carrot along with salt, jeera and water. Gulkand paan parantha

After dinner or lunch our bikaneri log use to take paan. All of the sudden it flashed in my mind that what will happen if I make paan parantha.now a days when we are making paan rasmalai, paan moouse, paan icecream, paan cake list is unending then why we can not make paan parantha. Pesh hai gulkand paan parantha. Ingredents- 3 paan 2 tbsp gulkand 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp mishri 10 rose petals 1 cardmon Rose petals and silver foil for garnish Method---- Take all ingredents  in mixer and grind them in paste Take normal dough and roll dough. Cut it in disc with small cutter We required two discs Make small hole with cutter on one disc Then cover one disc with paan filling ,leave sides Cover with other and prick sides with fork In center where is hole cover with flour and make parantha Fry it with ghee or oil Our parantha are ready Garnish Them with rose petals,silver foil ,mishri and cherries Sprinkle badam and pista.
