Ingredents---- 2 oranges, 1 cup whip cream 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup powder sugar Method---- Cut oranges from upside make hollow For making orange cups Keep them safe in freeze Mash oranges and sieve it Add sugar,zest and lemon juice Mix finely.take cream and beat it Add juice in it and again beat Pour in container and keep in freeze for 4 to 5 hours Then take orange cups and fill with icecream And flatten it from upside keep in freeze again for 5-6 hours At the time of serving garnish with mint and cherry Enjoy...Yummiest icecream

Vanila cake and oreo stuffed choclate

Ingredents---- 125 gram milk choclate 125 gram dark choclate 4 drops Orange flavour 1 slices of vanilla cake 2 Oreo biscuits Sprinkles for decoration Method---- First chop both choclate Then melt it on double boiler Stir it continuously When it starts melting off flame And with spatula opposite clock wise stir it to melt properly and along with it will cool down also Then add drops of orange flavour and mix it Then take a mould and pour choclate in 1/4 mould Then place cake piece and Civer with choclate Keep in freeze for 5 min. Then carefully demould it In same manner prepare Oreo choclate also and demould it Make some leafs for garnishing Take sprinkles and leafs and garnish with the help of melted choclate Our gorgeous choclate are ready to serve

Ingredents---- 1.5 cup milk 1/2 cup suji 1 tbsp chopped almonds 1 tbsp chopped cashews 2 cardmon 's powder 1/2 cup milkmaid 2 tsp sugar or as per taste Saffron For garnish--- Almonds,pista, silver foil,mint leaves,cherry and rose petals Method---- Soak suji in 1/2 cup water for 1 an hour Then Heat milk 5 min.stir continuously Add almonds and cashews Add sugar and cardmon Add milkmaid and mix all of them Cook till little thick Then add soaked suji and stir finely otherwise suji will come together not mixed in milk Add saffron and cook . Our Phirni is ready Pour in serving dishes and garnish with nuts and foil.

Layered strawberry panna cotta

Ingredents-- 10 strawberries chopped 1.5 cup cream 3/4 cup milkmaid 6 tsp gelatin 1.5 cup powder sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 drops of red colour For garnish--- 2 Strawberries and mint leaves Rose petals Method---- First make puree of strawberries and sieve it. For 1st layer--- Soak 2 tsp gelatin in 2 tsp water Take half cup cream and half cup strawberry puree and heat on low flame And add 1/2 cup of sugar Stir continuously and add soaked gelatin Mix finely and when gelatin dissolve completely off gas. Whisk it with spoon take a mould and pour mix in it Keep mould in freeze for half an hour. For 2nd layer--- Soak 2 tsp gelatin in 2 tsp water Take 1/2 cup of cream and 1/2 cup of milkmaid heat on low flame add sugar And stir Then add gelatin and cook till gelatin dissolve.then turn off gas. Ingredents---- 1.5 cup flour 1.5 tsp yeast 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt 120 gram butter 2 tsp sugar For glaze--- 1cup icing sugar 1 tsp strawberry essence 1 tsp orange essence 3 drops of red colour 3 drops of orange colour 2 tbsp milk For dacoration---- Sprinkles Method---- Add yeast in lukewarm 2 tsp milk And add sugar in it Sieve flour and take it in bowl Add yeast mix butter and salt Make a dough with milk As it will be sticky so knead it at least 6-7 min.
