Matar masala stuffed rice balls

Ingredents---- 1 cup rice flour 3/4 cup water 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup coconut powder 1 cup boiled and crushed peas 1/2 cup fine chop onion 1 green chilli 1 boiled mashed potato Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 2 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 2 tsp jeera Pinch of hing 1 tsp white sesame seeds 1 tsp black sesame seeds 1 tsp chilli flakes Method---- Heat water and add salt When boil come add coconut powder and mix and add rice flour and mix al of them finely Cover it for 5 min. Then cool a little Now with hands make a dough and cover Heat 1 tsp oil add 1 tsp jeera.
