Steamed sandwitch

Ingredients-- 4 slice bread For battar---- 1/2 cup besan Salt to taste 1/4 tsp haldi 2 tbsp curd For filling --- 1 cup peas 1/4 cup capsicum 1 inch ginger 2 green Chillies Coriander leaves Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1 tsp sugar 1 lemon juice 1 tbsp butter Method-- Add all ingredients  of battar in bowl First take little water and whisk No lumps required Then take required water and make thin battar from chilla battar Then boil and coarsly grind peas in mixi Take butter in pan and add ginger chilli Cook them and add capsicum cook a little Then add peas and mix all of them and cook Add all spices and mix them now it is ready Then take a bread and dip it in battar Place it in a tray and spread filling upon it Dip one more bread in battar and cover prepared bread Make all sandwiches like that Cook them in steamer for 15 to 20 min. Potato souffle

Ingredients-- 1 big boiled potato 1 egg 1/3 cup pamesaan cheese 1 tbsp cheddar cheese Salt Pepper powder 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp butter Peprika powder Parsley Method-- Mash boil potato Separate egg yolk Beat egg white till frothy Heat milk and butter Till then add all ingredients in potato Mix finely add egg white and yolk in potato Lastly add milk butter mix in it Grease remakins with butter and dust bread crumbs Preheat ovan transfer mix in remakins  Sprinkle peprika upon it and bake for 15 to 20 min. Serve hot.

Shortbread cookies

Ingredients-- 1 cup softened butter 2/3 cup powder sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 2 cup maida 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips 200 gram milk choclate Method-- Take butter and sugar in bowl and beat them till light and fluffy.add vanilla essence and mix Add flour and mix Add chocolate chips  and fold Make dough and roll between two plastic sheets in 1/4 inch thickness Keep in freeze for 2 hours Remove dough from sheets and cut in rectangle and transfer to baking sheet Bake for 15 to 20 min.at 180 degree Melt choclate in microwave for 30 seconds Dip cookies in it and enjoy

Mini palak kabab on bread disc IngredientsServing:  4 2 boiled  Potatoes 1 cup  Spinach  puree 1 green  Chilli Chop  Ginger Salt 1 tsp  Jeera  powder 1 cup Fresh bread crumb 1 tsp  Oil 4 bread slices 2 cheese slices Lettuce Cherry  Tomatoes Sauce Instructions MASH POTATOES ADD PALAK PUREE ADD BREAD CRUMBS AS WELL MIX ALL OF THEM CUT SMALL ROUNDS OF BREAD SLICES AND ROAST THEM MAKE SMALL KABABS OF PALAK MIX MAKE ALL OF THEM AS PER BREAD ROUND'S SIZE AND COOK THEM IN PAN BY ADDING BUTTER CUT CHEESE SLICE IN SQUARES NOW ARRANGE THEM FIRST BREAD THEN SAUCE,LETTUCE AND KABAB THEN CHEESE SLICE AND CHERRY TOMATO

Nachos parantha

Ingredients-- For dough--- 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup oats flour 1/2Salt Filling--- 1 cup crushed nachos 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp ginger 4 cloves of garlic clove 1 green chilli chopped Coriander leaves 2 tsp lemon juice Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chaat masala For topping-- 2 tbsp lemon juice Red chilli powder(optional) Chopped spring onion Method-- Add all ingredients  in a bowl and make a dough Cover it for 20 min.till make filling Filling--- Take nachos and veggies in bowl Add all spices and lemon juice Mix all of them Preparation-- Roll down dough and cut small rounds with cutter In one parantha we need two rounds Take one round and brush water upon it Take filling and spread along it Wet surface  will help to hold filling Cover with other round And seal all edges with fingers Prepare all paranthas in same manner Now heat tawa add some oil and cook parantha like other paranthas ...

Cream of mushroom

Ingredients-- 7_8 mushrooms 4 garlic cloves 1/2 cup onion 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp cornflour 1 cup milk Salt to taste 1/4 tsp pepper powder Parsley for garnish Method-- Heat butter add garlic and cook Now add onion and saute Wash Mushrooms  finely and  chop Add mushrooms  and half cup water in pan Cover and cook till soft Turn off gas ..Let it cool Blend in mixi and sieve Transfer it again in pan and give a boil Mix cornflour  in 1 tbsp milk and add in soup Cook till little thick Our soup is ready to serve Garnish with parsley and cream Add milk salt and pepper

Stuffed suji balls

Ingredients-- 1.5 cup water 3/4 cup suji 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Salt 1/2 tsp Stuffing---- 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp jeera 1/4 cup chopped onion 1tbsp chopped capsicum 1/2 cup boiled peas Salt to taste 1/4 tsp haldi powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp amchur powder 1/4 tsp pepper powder 1/4 tsp garam masala Tempering-- 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp rai 1 tsp seasme seeds 7-8 curry leaves Chopped green chilli 1/4 tsp haldi powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Coriander leaves Method-- For Balls--- Boil water and add suji,salt and ginger garlic paste Stir and mix all of them Cook till suji will absorb water Then turn of gas and cover it for some time Steam will make it full cooked.and soft Stuffings--' Heat oil add jeera and onion saute Add capsicum cook a little Then add boiled peas and all spices Mix them and crush them Our filling is ready Now take suji and with palm knead it Make dough and devide in parts Take one part spread it add filling in ...
